2022 Year in Review PDF Print Email

It was a remarkable year for everyone as we work to find our “new normal” together. Our evolved business climate remains uncertain, but we are proud of how we’ve been able to help our clients drive change. Our entire toolbox of communication strategies and skills have carried us through the year. And we’ve all become expert at pivoting – for a variety of reasons.

Our communication coaching practice has never been more important for our leader clients. Whether they are delivering their messages in person or virtually, expertise and effectiveness in communicating is critical as they lead, inspire and drive results.

These were a just a couple of the more meaningful projects we were blessed with this year:

  • Partnered with a national manufacturing company on a multi-year project to assess and begin building more strategic communication processes while enhancing leaders’ skills.
  • Completed a year-long coaching program with a senior executive in a global corporation to assist his transition to a higher role in the company.
  • Provided individualized, multi-month coaching programs for technical leaders at a national company to help them improve specific communication skills required for their broadening leadership roles.
  • Delivered a multi-month coaching program with an EHS executive working to evolve the function to a world-class level at a global, publicly-held company.
  • Conducted a content audit of a global publication to improve effectiveness and increase publication relevancy and readership.
