As we begin our seventh year as a consulting team, we are grateful every day for the relevant projects that we’ve had the privilege to lead as business strategy partners. In 2007, we’ve not only helped our clients take advantage of market opportunities to grow; we’ve also partnered to help our clients work through business challenges to achieve positive outcomes. We’re proud to have been given many opportunities to drive business goals using our consulting expertise.
One of the best parts of our consulting business is the opportunity to work with fabulous leaders, partnering with Cargill’s Black River Asset Management, CarVal, Capitol Sales Company, Charles R. Stinson Architects, Cubicles Plus, LaCrosse Global Fund Services, Northwest Manufacturing, Target, United Subcontractors and Valspar. Even though the Siegfried Dunlay team is small, our reach is broad. Here are some highlights of where we spent our time in 2007: - Drove a U.S.-based change initiative across a national distribution network with union implications;
- Developed and launched strategy for a global employee communication newsletter including translations into seven languages;
- Designed a change management strategy in global organization for a major financial system conversion;
- Revamped a national website including new branding, message platform, company capabilities story and customer testimonials;
- Acted as PR agency of record for a national consumer electronics distributor and national HVAC manufacturer, leading media relations strategy at industry trade shows and creating a variety of technical articles, press releases, multi-page advertorial magazine inserts, advertorials and web copy;
- Conducted strategic assessment and implementation approach for an Extranet resource site to help vendor partners achieve marketing goals for major retailer;
- Managed the publishing process of an international architecture book with IMAGES publishing in Australia;
- Developed strategy for and participated in national media tour in the consumer electronics industry; and
- Created an enhanced marketing strategy and launched new products for a company in the electrical industry, which included a redesigned website, new product sales collateral and press releases.
