2019 Year in Review PDF Print Email

Another year has drawn to a close. Once again, we find ourselves planning for the future and reflecting on 2019. We hope your year was one of success, joy and growth and even more fulfilling than previous years. The Siegfried Dunlay team has continued to be blessed with a humbling level of opportunity. We have had the privilege of forming deep relationships with both new and old clients…and doing such meaningful work.

This year we have helped our clients solve big business challenges, and we are so grateful that our clients trust us with their most valuable asset: their employees and in particular, their leaders. We believe that leaders are the heart and soul of a company—they build the culture or tear it down, they enhance the brand or devalue it depending on how well they communicate. If they aren’t skilled to be the best communicators they can be, everyone loses. If they inspire and engage their stakeholders—especially employees—everyone wins. This work inspires and drives us. Thanks for your trust.

Here are a few highlights from 2019.

Leadership Coaching and Strategic Communications


  • Launched a network-wide leader as communicator program to improve communication effectiveness in a manufacturing environment. Starting with analyzing effectiveness of front-line leaders, we facilitated alignment offsites with leaders to design expectations and accountabilities. Using original research as well as employee engagement surveys, we are working to increase employee engagement levels through more effective leader communication.
  • Completed depth multi-month individualized coaching programs for leaders across several global companies to improve communication competencies, leadership abilities and executive presence.
  • Conducted intensive one-on-one presentation coaching for a group of sales leaders, which included learning a powerful way to deliver the value proposition messages, answering question more effectively and presenting from a formal sales presentation while being authentic to their individual styles.


Managing Reputation

  • Provided multi-month strategic communication support on a highly sensitive, confidential project that involved employees, customers and news media. Designed a communication plan for all phases of the project including strategy, execution and leader coaching to deliver messages at various project phases. The final deliverables included a guidebook and set of best practices for future, similar projects.

Customer Engagement, Marketing and Sales

  • Prepared CEO to present his annual state-of-the-union all-employee address covering business goals for the year and recognizing performance. This year, we updated the branded presentation with a refreshed design, built the presentation to deliver a powerful story and provided coaching for inspirational and impactful delivery.
  • Designed multiple PowerPoint presentations and scripts used by leaders for selling, teaching and educating.
