We warmly welcome the new year!

As we look back and reflect on the projects and people we have touched over the past 16 years, we are grateful for the opportunities provided by our clients. The work we do brings us lots of satisfaction whether we are helping hone leadership communication skills, launch products or solve business challenges…and…the best part of our day is building relationships with our clients. We stay true to our values by enjoying the work we do and having fun. You help us do both.

We are so pleased to have added some new clients in 2016 including Post Consumer Brands and One Beacon. We launched some exciting new projects with existing clients SJE Rhombus and CarVal Investors. And, we continued work with Cargill, General Mills, Land O’ Lakes, Larson Manufacturing and Valspar. Here are a few highlights from 2016.

Leadership Coaching and Presentations

Created a variety of dynamic, graphic PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, key customer meetings, national sales meetings, sales opportunities and RFPs, product launches, brand launches, employee meetings and community events.

Helped executives prepare for board meetings, national sales meetings, national industry symposiums, customer meetings, employee and community events.

Coached a variety of mid-to-senior level leaders over multi-month engagements, helping them hone their communication skills and leadership presence to extend their competencies as leaders.

Customer Engagement, Marketing and Sales

Conducted focus groups and a marketing assessment to enhance a client’s brand in the marketplace.

Launched several new products developing marketing materials that included key message platforms, sell sheets, technical literature, PowerPoint presentations, graphics and media relations/press releases.

Revamped dozens of technical literature documents to ensure consistent approach, content and branding for global client.

Researched content and developed series of technical whitepapers to educate customers.

Employee Communication

Designed brief videos educating employees and spouses on key benefits as part of their employment package to help them save costs now and save money for retirement.

Facilitated onboarding a shared leadership team by using a responsibility and accountability model and process.
