With a full decade behind us, we are thrilled to launch into our 11th year as business and communication strategy consultants. The work we have been blessed with in 2011 is not only relevant for our clients, it’s meaningful for us. Our clients continue to rely on us for strategic counsel as they drive growth and work through business challenges. We have been privileged with many opportunities to use our consulting expertise this year with our amazing group of clients…from large, multi-billion dollar global companies to small privately-held businesses.

Even though Siegfried Dunlay is a small firm, we are mighty and nimble. Here are just a few highlights from our year:

• Drove a national change initiative across the company’s distribution network
• Helped a national company close a manufacturing facility in a challenging economy
• Recruited for a vice president of communications for a national, private company 
• Launched a new quarterly customer newsletter
• Continued production for a quarterly global employee newsletter translated into 11 languages
• Designed a corporate exhibit of technical competencies for a global company 
• Completed multi-month communication coaching programs for a variety of senior leaders  
• Led Board meeting strategies for several clients
• Created a variety of presentations, from executive leadership to sales presentations

Our focus in 2012 will be to continue providing strategic counsel that is smartly paired with impactful marketing and communication tools and results.
