Communication Key to Complex System Change |

CHALLENGE: A company serving the hedge fund industry was undertaking a major system conversation to a new financial platform that would significantly impact employees and customers. This complex, 15-month project required strong leadership and robust communication.
APPROACH: Siegfried Dunlay created a communication strategy to support the goals of an on-time, no-issues conversion. The plan was built around three phases: Education, Implementation and Reinforcement. Providing on-site support, Siegfried Dunlay led communication council meetings, and created strategies and tactics from weekly newsletters and a monthly podcast to leader talk points and FAQs. A separate customer communication plan was created and implemented.
RESULTS: The internal team stayed engaged throughout this intensive, challenging conversion project. Service to customers was uninterrupted and conversion goals were met.
