- Assessed a leader in a manufacturing environment to identify if the role was the right fit; provided assessment using a DiSC profile and communication coaching both onsite and remote.
- Developed an executive coaching program for a global leader in the travel industry to enhance executive presence and communication skills.
- Conducted research to understand why an executive leadership team had lost credibility with its employees and provided internal communication recommendations.
- Designed a strategy to help a national company communicate some difficult decisions that impacted employees, customers and communities.
- Conducted and facilitated discussions around DiSC assessments for a team of leaders who needed to have shared global responsibilities.
- Delivered multi-month coaching programs for four senior executives to improve communication skills with employees, meetings and partners.
